Choose a buggy for 2 or 4 people and explore the stunning and diverse landscapes of the Dominican Republic with friends or family. Make stops at local farms to taste authentic Dominican coffee, then continue along natural trails surrounded by palm trees and banana plantations until you reach a rural ranch where you will learn about cocoa, coffee, tobacco, and Mamajuana.

Return via a paved road through Macao with a short stop to meet local residents, and continue to the picturesque Macao Beach to enjoy panoramic views. Buggy or ATV options are available and round-trip transportation is included.


ITINERARY:

1) The Buggy excursion operates daily with three departure times: 8:00 AM, 11:00 AM, and 2:00 PM.
The total duration of the activity is approximately 4 hours.

2) Guests are picked up from their hotel lobby according to the selected time slot.

3) After transportation, arrival at the Buggy ranch where participants are welcomed by a certified national guide.

4) Before starting the activity, the guide provides a safety briefing of approximately 15 minutes, explaining the rules for operating the vehicles and safety guidelines throughout the tour.

5) Once the briefing is completed, the Buggy ride begins through rural areas and natural trails.

6) During the route, there is a stop of approximately 30 minutes at a traditional ranch, where participants enjoy a tasting of Dominican coffee and cocoa, and tobacco is offered for smokers.

7) After the stop, the journey continues by buggy toward a natural cave.

8) At the cave, participants have approximately 30 minutes to explore and enjoy the site.

9) The tour then continues through rural landscapes before returning to conclude the experience.

Recommendations for the Buggy Tour

- Have a good breakfast or lunch at your hotel, depending on your pick-up time.
- Bring only the essentials and avoid heavy backpacks.
- Do not bring your original passport; a photo or digital copy on your phone is sufficient.
- Bring a bottle of water for the journey.
- Bring a towel for drying off. Hotel towels may be used as long as they are returned upon arrival.
- Wear swimwear and clothes that can get dirty with mud.
- Closed-toe shoes are highly recommended.
- Do not forget sunscreen, insect repellent, sunglasses, and a cap or hat.
- It is also recommended to bring a change of clothes for after the activity.

*Important Note*:

If only one person uses the buggy or ATV, they must pay the full price of the vehicle, regardless of whether the other seats remain empty.

If all seats in the vehicle are occupied, the total price is divided among the number of passengers on board.

This same policy applies to family vehicles with a capacity for 4 passengers: if not all seats are filled (for example, only 3 passengers travel), the total price of the vehicle remains the same and is divided only among the passengers present.
