Set sail from the port of La Romana aboard a comfortable motorized catamaran and cruise toward Catalina Island, a true Caribbean gem. During the journey, our entertainment team will teach you how to dance merengue and bachata while you enjoy the tropical atmosphere on board.

Experience snorkeling at one of the island’s famous diving spots using the provided equipment (mask, snorkel, and fins), where you can discover vibrant coral reefs and colorful tropical fish. Afterwards, relax on Catalina Beach while enjoying an open bar with local drinks and a delicious Dominican-style buffet lunch.

ITINERARY:

1) Guests are picked up from their hotel lobby between 7:30 AM and 8:00 AM.

2) Afterwards, there is a stop at the company’s meeting point, where the staff verifies the number of passengers and confirms who has already completed payment and who will make payment at that location.

3) In some cases, a bus change may take place at the meeting point. This is because smaller vehicles operate as auxiliary transportation units that collect guests from different hotels to save time, after which all passengers are transferred to a larger bus that continues to the excursion destination.

4) From the meeting point, the transfer continues to the port of La Romana, with an approximate travel time of 40 minutes.

5) Upon arrival at the port, guests board the catamaran, where they are welcomed by a certified national tour guide or the marina staff.

6) The catamaran sails for approximately 30 minutes to a location known as “La Pared,” situated in the middle of the sea. This area is considered one of the best marine spots in the Dominican Republic for snorkeling and diving.

7) The snorkeling activity lasts approximately 30 minutes.

8) Afterwards, with music and drinks included on board the catamaran, the group continues toward Catalina Island.

9) At Catalina Island, guests enjoy approximately 2 and a half to 3 hours of free time, including a buffet-style lunch, drinks, and time to relax and enjoy the beach.

10) At the end of the island stay, guests return by catamaran with entertainment, music, a festive atmosphere, and drinks included.

11) The journey from the port back to the meeting point takes approximately 40 minutes.

12) From the meeting point, if necessary, another bus transfer is organized to return guests to their respective hotels.
