ITINERARY:
1) Hotel pick-up is approximately between 7:30 AM and 8:00 AM.
2) After the hotel pick-up, there is a brief stop at the activity meeting point. There, the staff confirms the final number of participants joining the excursion and verifies payments. If there are guests paying on the same day, this is the designated place to do so.
3) After that, the group departs for Saona Island. The journey takes approximately 40 minutes, including a brief stop at a local souvenir shop where guests can purchase traditional Dominican souvenirs, have breakfast, and use the restroom facilities.
4) Upon arrival at the Bayahibe port, guests will be welcomed by a certified national tour guide who will provide all the instructions and important information about the excursion.
5) At the port, guests will board either the catamaran or the speedboat. If the excursion begins with the speedboat, the return trip will be by catamaran; if it begins with the catamaran, the return will be by speedboat. The guide coordinates the transportation arrangement according to the characteristics and needs of the group.
6) When the group decides to do catamaran–catamaran, speedboat–speedboat, or motomaran–catamaran transportation, the price remains the same. These options are usually arranged for pregnant women or people with special physical conditions who cannot board the speedboat. Guests who experience motion sickness during sea transportation may also choose the speedboat–speedboat option.
7) After boarding the marine transportation, the group travels for approximately 30 minutes to the Natural Pool.
8) At the Natural Pool, guests spend around 30 minutes enjoying music, drinks, starfish sightings, and the opportunity to take photos in this tropical paradise.
9) The ride from the Natural Pool to the island takes approximately 20 minutes. Upon arrival on the island, guests will enjoy a traditional Dominican buffet lunch with drinks included.
